There are two main parts: the hardware part which is the Arduino board that can be used for circuit connection The other is the Arduino IDE, the program development environment.
It is built on the open-source simple I/O interface and has a Processing/Wiring development environment similar to Java and C programming. Arduino was developed in late of 2005 and it has been used in the development of various electronic programs ever since.
